to ecommerce to marketing and business strategy
VitaSupreme
VitaSupreme needed to enhance their Shopify store to increase new customer sales and encourage more existing customers to make new purchases. As their store was not tracking users, this was difficult to do. VitaSupreme was managing multiple online marketplaces and other cloud based platforms without any integration or systemisation.
Crowdshare
Crowdshare were looking to create a website that enabled brands and freelancers in Australia to connect with each other in this COVID normal gig-economy. The platform needed to be flexible to allow freelancers to create their own profiles and even list services for sale. Brands also needed to be able to connect directly with the freelancers and engage with them prior and during the project engagement.
Uniform & Apparel Solutions
UAS had a unique ecommerce solution that needed to be built. The client required the ability to create a multi-store environment which would house categories, products and have users assigned to specific stores. This meant when a user logged in, they would only see categories and products assigned to them. Beyond this requirement we were also asked to integrate with their ERP which housed all of the categories, products, images, descriptions, prices and inventory. We needed to match the multi-store with the ERP so to not have products seeping into other stores. The final piece of the puzzle was to then integrate this into another platform called PunchOut which would allow for custom integration with the end users SAP system.
UJEB
UJEB’s website was dated and did not have any integration with their CRM which was being used through manual integration (copy & paste). The client wanted to accept online course enrolments, have it integrated into multiple payment methods and also integrate with Salesforce CRM. The website was also in desperate need of refreshing as was their brand. The client also wanted to take invoice payments and donations through the website which also needed to be integrated with the CRM.
