We started by working through the current shop setup and identifying how best to track customers and create all the appropriate integrations to make this work. This enabled us to send out automated emails based on users transactions or cart abandonment which in turn, not only improved sales overall, but created greater levels of customer engagement, encouraging customers to make additional purchases. We also created an automated nurture campaign for existing customers, providing education and product guidelines as well as a rewards campaign which encourages the customer to leave a review with a reward of a discount on their next purchase.
To solve the issue of VitaSupreme independently managing multiple marketplaces, we set up Shopify as the single source of truth for products, inventory, customers and orders, synchronizing this information with eBay, Amazon, Walmart and Facebook. To further enhance the 3rd party integrations, we created store integrations with VitaSupreme’s CRM, XERO and their support ticketing system. This meant VitaSupreme had a simpler and a more powerful solution to run and manage their store seamlessly.
