Business has no marketing automation, or medium to long term lead nurture strategy, relying purely on referrals or manual follow ups.

Looking to grow the business customer base and create a customer experience strategy to nurture existing clients.

Furthermore, to automate operational and follow up processes to reduce work hours and open up the possibility for vacation time.

THE SOLUTION

Implemented the CRM Infusionsoft and built marketing and sales automation, developing campaigns with lead magnets and automated follow ups which provided constant, yet relevant, touch points with potential clients as well as existing clients.

THE RESULTS

As a result of the automation implementation via Infusionsoft, annual revenue increased from $1.5M to $3.25M.

From not having a proper database, to 2000+ which are nurtured and re-marketed.

Hours per week worked for the owners went from 50 hours to 32 hours and allowed them to go from zero vacation, to 40 days’ vacation per year due to the systematization of the business.
